TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FEES 

The cost of attending the 2 x 60 minute initial assessments sessions is £300. 

Thereafter, therapy sessions are 50 minute duration and are £140 per session, which is payable on or prior to the day of the appointment.   

CANCELLATIONS

If a booking with a clinician has been confirmed, you are expected to attend. Booked appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you do not contact us or attend the appointment the full fee will be charged. 

HEALTH CARE INSURANCE PROVIDERS

You might have your own healthcare policy.  I am registered with the main healthcare insurance providers - Aviva, Vitality, Cigna, and AXA PPP. 

It is important to check your policy to see what is covered as many providers set limits as to the number of sessions you can receive. You may also have to pay an excess payment when activating your cover. This excess amount has to be paid at the start of sessions. 

Insurance companies provide cover in different ways so you may find it helpful to contact your provider to find out more.
